This Privacy Policy describes how this application (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you connect it to your LinkedIn account.

What We Collect

The App uses LinkedIn’s official API to publish content to a connected LinkedIn Company Page or personal profile on your behalf. To do this, we store: an OAuth2 access token issued by LinkedIn used solely to authenticate API requests; the LinkedIn Page or profile identifier you connect; and content you or your automated workflow submit for posting (post text, links, and associated metadata).

We do not collect passwords. LinkedIn credentials are never seen, stored, or transmitted through this App — authentication happens directly between you and LinkedIn via OAuth2.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used exclusively to authenticate requests to the LinkedIn API, publish scheduled posts to the connected LinkedIn Page or profile, and maintain the connection between the App and your LinkedIn account. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Data Retention

Access tokens and connected account identifiers are retained only for as long as the integration remains active. You may revoke access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings (Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Permitted Services) or by contacting us using the details below, after which associated tokens are deleted.

Data Security

Access tokens are stored within a private, access-controlled automation environment and are not exposed publicly. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

This App interacts with the LinkedIn API in accordance with LinkedIn’s own Privacy Policy and API Terms of Use. Use of LinkedIn’s platform through this App is also subject to LinkedIn’s policies, available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data held by this App by contacting the address below. You may disconnect the App from your LinkedIn account at any time.
